Your first visit

Your first visit is a 60–90 minute comprehensive evaluation with a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner. We take time to understand your history and goals before making any recommendations.

Prescriptions and coordinated care

When medication is part of your plan, we send prescriptions to your New Hampshire pharmacy. We prescribe conservatively: the lowest effective dose and regular check-ins. Controlled-substance prescribing follows federal DEA and state rules, after an appropriate evaluation. With your permission, we coordinate with your primary care provider.

Bedre Health does not offer emergency or urgent appointments. In an emergency, call 911, call or text 988, or go to the nearest emergency room.
