No Surprises Act

Good Faith Estimate

If you are uninsured or not using insurance, you have the right to a written Good Faith Estimate of expected costs at least one business day before a non-emergency service. If you receive a bill $400 or more above that estimate, you can dispute it. Details: cms.gov/nosurprises or 1-800-985-3059.

Will I know my cost before the first visit?

Yes. We verify benefits before you commit and can provide a Good Faith Estimate for self-pay care under the No Surprises Act.

Do you take Medicare?

Several providers accept Medicare for medication management only. Coverage varies — contact us to confirm.
